Your Dentist Knows Best
Don’t rush when you brush!
Faster isn’t always better. Give your teeth a chance to get clean! Take 30 seconds to brush each quadrant of your mouth (that’s about how long it takes to sing the alphabet – just don’t rush through “LMNOP”!). That should take you about 2 min total which is just enough time to prevent cavities and keep your teeth looking good!
Don’t Forget to Floss!
Flossing is an extremely important part of dental care that too many people skip. Don’t be part of the herd! Flossing cleans your teeth in places your toothbrush can’t reach. It can help prevent cavities, gum disease, and bad breath. Make flossing part of your daily brushing routine.
